The delivery of 5 pallets of pellets went flawlessly. The driver put every pallet exactly where I wanted them; two in front of the house, three by the back porch. There were two bags ruined by a puncture and moisture entering the bag. There were 10 other bags that were either ripped and spilling pellets, or the top was not effectively sealed and pellets were leaking from there. All told, 12 bags, 4.8% of the total, needed special attention. I’ll update this review after I have tried the pelle…

These pellets are just not good in my opinion. The dust that comes from the bag is unreal. I litteraly choked and coughed from all the dust. They clog my Pellet furnace, and made the smoke pour out into my home. I tried about 4 different types and thought the reviews on these were really good.

Hi I really that the delivery guy did a good job. So far the pellets seem to be burning good and giving off good heat. The only reason for only 4 stars is all of the 3 pallets I had delivered the top bags had holes from the fork lift. They can minimize this by putting a sheet of cardboard on top of the bottom pallet before stacking. I worked stacking pallets with material in bags and it works.

Very clean burn!!!! I was very impressed if there’s one thing that I would say in the negative, it is that the pellets are broken into very small pieces. Other than that they are very competitive pellets for the price

Several of the bags were water damaged and torn.

I’ve used a pellet fireplace as the primary heat source in my home for over 15 years, so I’ve burned a LOT of pellets, a lot of different brands. Pellets are pellets, right? well, no. Some brands of pellets don’t burn cleanly and leave teh burn pot clogged with chunky ash…some actually bake the ash into a hard residue that has to be knocked out with a screwdriver between every pellet fill. The AP Hardwood pellets burn clean…I mean like I have to clean the burn pot maybe two or three ti…

Have used these wood stove pellets for a few years now. Loaded up my Jeep multiple times and trips to the store. I believe the least amount of handling the better in order to avoid crumbs and reduction in quality of otherwise good burning pellets. So I decided to have 2 pallets of wood stove pellets delivered this year early. Made room in the garage. Everything about this is terrific. Delivery person extremely considerate and helpful. Quick and easy. Will reorder and make this convenient..

Keeps the chill off at the old farmhouse that was built in 1806. It has 5 fireplaces but the chimneys cracked during the minor earthquake a few years back.

I got this online, planning to smoke my own salmon. Product package looked intact, no big holes and bag was sealed when I pick up after ordering online. But upon opening the bag, almost 1/3 of the entire bag had already turned into sawdust, which I assume the whole bag was probably rained on. Some clumped back together and looked a bit greenish, mold or mildew formed after, I suppose. Despite the low price, a waste of money.

I’ve bought wood pellets from various vendors for the past 14 years, and it’s always been a hit or miss adventure as to whether or not the wood pellets actually are premium or not. So one thing I’ve learned over the years is to be very skeptical of product claims and to buy a single bag of pellets to test out. If it works as advertised, then I’ll buy anywhere from 50 to 100 bags for the season. This particular vendor certainly lives up to it’s claim that they are premium pellets. They burn v…

Cheap packaging broke 3 of the bags unloading them. Burns at a much lower temperature then the other pellet brands I tried. Leaves an oily film inside and on the glass. Smells like burning plastic outside. Not going to buy again.

After doing tedious research decided to guve these pellets a try as a cat litter. I must say, i am surprised how well it works! The only downside or rather a challenge is to find the right sifter to sift pellets that fell apart after cat peed on them. It smells like pine. Cat doesnt have allergy to the pine at all.

Though not indicated on the packaging I believe this Premium Grade product is a hardwood/softwood composition. In comparison to its Greene Team Supreme competition I believe it generates an equivalent amount of heat or BTU’s; burns as clean or cleaner; and has a price point approximately $1.00 less per bag. When offered the choice between Nature’s Own and it’s higher priced “cousin”, I WOULD NEVER HESITATE TO BUY NATURE’S OWN PREMIUM GRADE WOOD PELLET FUEL.
